With the current lull in the historically very strong Spanish property market, it could be a good time for long-term property investors and holiday home buyers to grab a bargain, with some of the lowest prices we have seen in 4 years.
Due to our properties selling approx. 20-30% below value, most will be able to achieve upto 90-100% finance, even with only a 70-80% loan to value mortgage (subject to status and valuation).
